AMPHF - Yaesu FL-7000 HF Amplifier For Sale Yaesu FL-7000 HF Amplifier For Sale: - The Yaesu FL-7000 is a completely solid state HF amplifier covering 160 thru 10 meters, including the WARC bands. It includes a very heavy duty power supply in it, operating the final transistors at 48 Volts DC. - It has two very large fans that provide plenty of cooling and are relatively quiet. - Although it has an automatic antenna tuner built in, it is recommended that the tuner NOT be used. - It does operate full break in (QSK) on CW. - Cosmetically, it is very good. It does have a couple very, very, very minor scratches that you can find if you look just right. - Electrically, it produces full power, and works as it should. - This amp is a brute, which means it is very heavy -- 66 pounds before packing for shipping.
