Non-sensical characters on the display. No receive or transmit. Might be good for parts. Just the radio. No mic, cord or manual included. I opened it up for a peek..it has the antenna tuner and narrow SSB and CW filters in it. As-Is. Sold for parts / repair...no returns for refund.
