MISC - Help with programming a Harris XL 200 P

Was wondering is there anyone in around Central Ohio that can help program a Harris XL 200 P radio for the Police frequencies if you have the ability I will pay you to to program my Radio for don’t want it to transmit. I just want to use it as a scanner. If you have a ability, I’ll pay you to do it, but I don’t wanna ship it or leave it with anybody for any length of time I’ve got taken beforeme thank you
