RADIOHF - KENWOOD TS-440S PARTIALLY WORKING

For sale is this partially working Kenwood TS-440S. I worked good when I first got it couple weeks ago. It all of the sudden went to the dot syndrome...I have cleaned the "wax" from the RF unit. The PLL board is needing a good tuning slug in VCO5, it's partially cracked but as you can see in picture the rig is showing frequency and a signal on S-Meter. I'm asking $250 for parts.
