RADIOANQ - Hallicrafters SR-500 Tornado Hallicrafters SR-500 transceiver in vgc. The SR-500 has a new set of 6DQ5 finals installed. All of the electrolytic caps in the power supply and transceiver have been replaced. Some of the ceramic caps have been replaced and all of the paper caps have been replaced. The SR-500 has good output and has good sensitivity on receive but the receive audio has a gravely sounds to it. Several pics are available for serious buyers.
