RADIOVHF - WTB: Yaesu FT-225RD (or similar)

I'm looking for a clean, working Yaesu FT-225RD to build out a 2M weak-signal / all-mode station.
Preferences:
1) Working or mostly working
2) Reasonably clean inside and out (normal cosmetic wear is fine)
3) No significant corrosion or physical damage
4) Original mic/accessories a plus, but not required
Local pickup preferred within 200 mi of my QTH but
I'm also open to carefully packed shipping at my expense.
Also open to similar radios in this class if you have something available.
