TR4-C Serial #37181 April 1974 I recapped the radio, VFO is off frequency, needs resetting, receives well, but I cannot diagnose why it does not transmit, I can’t set bias. Tubes all test well. They, alone are worth $200! Nice and clean. Repainted Cabinet $225 shipped CONUS AC-4 Power Supply Serial # 55000 Late 1975. I rebuilt the power supply with the HeathKit Shop kit.
