TEST - Eico 950B Resistance-Capacitance Bridge Unit was kit-built (not by me), has what appears to be original components inside. Measures capacitors 10 pF - 50,000 uF, resistance 0.5 ohms - 500 Mega-ohms. Unique features are ability to test leakage of paper, mica, and electrolytic capacitors up to 500 V DC, and test of power factor (equivalent series resistance) for larger capacitor values. Manuals readily available on the web. Tested resistance and capacitance measurements, both work and are consistent with modern LCR meter readings. I do not have the reference standard resistor for the comparator function, but 1% resistors are easily had on the web.
