I have a two drive NAS (drives are 1TB in size) that I used for a recent project ... and now I'm done and this unit is in excess of my needs. . The system has been upgraded to the latest OS, and the hot swappable drives are set up as a RAID1(Mirror) raid set. This features a very user friendly way to create shared space among computers, and there are a wealth of apps that can be downloaded and activated (such as remote access, streaming media server, local cloud, etc). . I have a number of screenshots showing the console, the control panel, overview of running statistics, etc which are available upon request. .
