It powers-up w/ the matching PS-7 power supply, and hears well. However, it does not transmit. Initial checks indicate that the first stage PA peamp is dead and did not check the 2nd preamp and the Final PA stage. It is in good cosmetic condition and the package includes: TR-7, PS-7, Heil Desk MIC, Operating manual and Original Service Manual. Don’t have time to trouble shoot so selling As-Is.
