This working RELM COMMUNICATIONS MODEL RH256NB #681-A14032 is in good physical condition. The receiver works, as I could hear several stations and checked into a local net. I measured the transmitter output power into a resistive 50 ohm load at 20 watts. It does have TONES (CTCSS). Not all functions have been tested as their are several programable functions. A microphone and a short power cable is included. The programming instructions are available on line.
