The serial number indicates last year of production and item will have all factory service bulletins and updates. Radio includes all factory accessories: hand microphone, power cable, mounting bracket with side screws, manual, warranty card. Radio has a very sensitive and quiet receiver with varactor tracked tuning for excellent intermod performance. Has extended receive coverage to monitor National Weather frequencies. The hand microphone needs a new cable as the existing one has exposed wiring because of rubber rot and disintegration (a common and well known issue) and is NOT due to any use.
