The case may have been repainted. I replaced the 3 power supply filter capacitors and all 6 paper capacitors with modern ones, replaced the A/C power cord, and cleaned switches and potentiometers. I satisfactorily measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. It is great for checking capacitors for leakage under actual operating voltages and can also be used to reform older electrolytic filter capacitors.
