MISC - Ham Radio Stamps-first day issue From a local SK estate of a ham who was also a stamp collector, I have a large number of Amateur Radio Stamps (the 5 cent ones) on first day issue or first day cover envelopes. Most are postmarked Anchorage, AK with different designs on the envelope. There is a Hiram Maxim design, Alaska Design, Heathkit type radio design, W1AW design, ham radio operators design, many others-check out the picture. Some of the envelopes have addresses on them, most do not. Some have several of the ham radio stamps on them. There are also some other stamps for inventors with their picture on the envelope, one for the birthday of the ITU. There are so many that it is hard to describe all of them, I can email you more pictures if you like. - Let me know which design you would like, or if you are looking for a certain design let me know and I will see if I have it.
