RADIOHF - TenTec Omni 545 with Digital Readout FS: TenTec Omni 545 with Digital Readout For Sale:

The 160 thru 10 meter HF transceiver is technically
an Omni 545 analog. However, a frequency counter
has been added, so that it now has a digital readout.
So it is basically similar to an Omni 546.

It produces about 100 Watts and has a very good
receiver. An audio CW filter is built in, which
is extremely effective.

This is a "Series B" Omni.

Cosmetically it is very good, but not mint.
Everything works as it should.

antenna tuner, built like a tank.
Basically, it will match most anything
you connect to it. It is ideal for
balanced lines.

it has the SWR meter built in to it.
It even includes a sensor, so that the
SWR bridge works. Most have lost the
sensor!

This one is designed to handle 275 watts
of AM. That translates to about a KW PEP SSB.

The Radio Shack DSP-40, 21-543, is an
external DSP unit that can be added to
rigs that lack DSP features. It inserts
in the audio line, between your rig and
speaker, to add DSP. It has three band
widths -- narrow, medium, and wide, and
has filters for Noise Reduction, CW, or SSB.

If your rig lacks a CW filter, this unit
will add that, with a CW filter about 350
Hz wide, centered on 750 Hz.

It requires 12 V DC to operate, and produces
up to 6 W of audio.
-
This unit operates as it should. If you
expect DSP the same as built in to a modern,
high end rig, this is not it.

This one looks really great, with no scratches
or defects.

around the shack to connect our rig to antenna
tuners, amplifiers, coax antenna switches, etc.
These jumpers are useful for that purpose.

NEW Cable Experts CXP008C3, 3 foot, RG-8.
Silver, teflon, PL-259 connectors on both ends.
They sell it for $19; get this one for $12.

I have an extensive number of jumpers in the range
of 1 to 2 foot length. These are all 50 ohm coax,
and may be the large (approximate 0.40 inch)
RG-8 or equivalent, or RG-58 (under 1/4 inch). All
have a PL-259 connector on both ends.

They have all been tested.
Please let me know approximate length you
would like, and whether RG-8, or RG-58.

These jumpers are available for $8 each for
1 to 2 foot, and $10 for 3 feet, plus shipping.

This 1786 has been assembled, tested and then stored indoors. This is a rare find as it is no longer available from MFJ. The original manual is included.
$495 picked up near Ft Myers Fl. As an alternative I can drop it off at a Fedex store if you have a Fedex account and you can pay them directly to box and ship it. I suspect that it will be expensive to have them make a custom box for the loop as the box will have to be approx 40 in x 40 in x 10 in. The picture shows the mag loop only but I can send a picture of the controller separately.
