Maximum drive 100Ws, I limited input for output of 1,000 watts to extend tubes/radio life All Capacitors and Tubes replaced as required. Full output tubes and all controls and lights work as they should. Harbach mods made to allow work with modern radios. SB-230 for sale: Hello:
purchase this amplifier from a fellow that had it for a while, I have seen that amp working before and was producing about 475 watts with 75 watts in, but the fellow wanted more output and decided to replace the caps in the power supply trying to get more output(yes there is HVDC) ,dahhh.
well, I Decide to give it a try, I apply power on, NO SMOKE, HV was reading ok 2100vdc but meter went dead and no output.. no time to apply drive power..
I am not able to work on it..
everything is there, covers, feet looks very nice for the age!
I will sell it for parts!!! as is!! no returns..
