Kenwood TL-922A: Nice working Kenwood TL-922A HF Linear Amplifier. I have owned this amplifier over 25 years. Wired for 240 VAC, missing one rear foot. Tested 3 months ago with TS-590 and MFJ peak reading wattmeter. Output power reads 750 watts on CW and 1100 watts on SSB. $800 local pickup in NW Illinois near Dixon. We can talk about shipping (at your risk) if you pay for it. I would remove the tubes and ship them separate unless you are comfortable with leaving them in place with bubble wrap stuffed all around them. I can wrap the amp heavily in bubble wrap, and double box, but I am still skiddish about leaving such a heavy item in the hands of FedEx, UPS, or USPS. USPS Money Order or PayPal, or cash upon pickup. I can also accept credit card over the phone through an arrangement with my employer, but would have to charge sales tax IF you are in Illinois. Collins 30l-1 for sale: Hello everyone.
This one is a Collins lineal amp. It is unmolested(no mods) although the 811 tubes had been replaced with Svetlana tubes 572B(no more than 5hrs) making it easy in the P/S and they are more forgiving). Power supply still factory original. It loads 700+ watts of power with 80wtts drive. Cosmetically is about 80 percent. I have owned this amplifier for 25+years. Packaging and shipping is doable but it will cost probably a good 100+dollars, or you are welcome to pick up at my Qth in Brandon FL( willing to drive 100 miles from Tampa to meet,.)
