The Henry 2K is a monster HF amplifier,
covering 80 thru 10 meters.

It uses a pair of Eimac 3-500 Z tubes,
to easily produce full legal limit (1500
Watts) with about 100 watts drive.

It is a single stage amplifier designed
for SSB, CW, FSK and AM operation. It is
a very, very rugged, heavy duty amplifier,
with an extremely rugged power supply,
with a huge power transformer, choke input
filter, and oil filled filter caps. At over
150 pounds this amplifier is "built like a
tank".

Of course all of this is in a very nice floor
console, with the power supply in the bottom
portion, and the RF portion in the top.

This one works like it should. With full
power out of the exciter, it produces
1650 watts into a dummy load.

Cosmetically it is very close to perfect.
I can not find a scratch or defect on it.

Buy it with manual for $1200.

Since it is 150 lbs, it is obviously
pick up only, near Ocala, FL.

For Sale: Two Amplifiers SB-220/ TL-922a: I have two amplifiers for sale. Which ever one sells first I'll keep the other.
1. Heath SB-220. Great amplifier. Some flaking on the cabinet. Face is clean. Tubes are still putting out a full kilowatt with 60 watts of drive. Harbach power supply conversion done and new capacitor bank installed. Cpmes with a prefessionaly copied manual. Asking $$975 plus shipping.
2. Kenwood TL-922a. Another great amplifier. No modifications have been done because none have been necessary. Cabinet and face are clean and without blemish. Tubes are new from Penta Labs. Comes with manual. Asking $1,500 plus shipping.
In both cases, due to parts swappers and scammers, sale is final, no returns.
