This Antenna is very similar to many of the Multi-Band Folded Wire Dipole antennas offered today by various manufacturers, such as the Radiowavz FTD-65, B&W, And Others.

The Balun Has an SO-239 Connector & it's rated for 800 Watts and shows a Frequency Range of 2 to 30 MHZ SO I'M GUESSING IT SHOULD COVER (10-160) Meters, or at a minimum (10 to 80) Meters.

Most radio's built in tuners can compensate for any mismatch with this style of wideband antenna, and the use of an External Tuner will of course provide even better matching capabilities.

The wire looks to be stainless and is in excellent shape, doesn't look like it was deployed for long or in bad weather.
