HALLJCRAFTERS MODEL HA-1 TO KEYER: THIS IS A 50 TO 65 YEAR OLD HALLICRAFTERS CO. MODEL HA-1 MODEL TO KEYER IN ABSOLUTE BEAUTIFUL CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. IT HAS VERY LIGHT SCRATCHES ON THE GREY CASE NOT VERY NOTICEABLE AND NOT VERY DEEP AT ALL. THE REAR OF THE ALUMINUM CHASSIS HAS A FEW LITTLE DEEPER SCRATCHES AND A LITTLE DISCOLORATION WHICH COULD EASILY BE REPAIRED.I BRIEFLY TESTED THE UNIT AND FOUND THAT ALL CONTROLS WORKED, AND TONES SOUNDED VERY GOOD WITH NO NOTICEABLE RIPPLE OR HUM. FS: Heathkit Mohican GC-1A Receiver: ***SALE PENDING***The radio is clean inside and out, switches cleaned, lubricated, re-capped, and all the discolored hardware has been replaced. The front panel and dial are excellent. Overall, it looks nice and seems to work ok for a 66-year-old radio. The alignment went well, and dial accuracy is good. It has some rust on the back panel, and some on the bottom in the front. The paint is a little rough in spots, with some scuffs and scratches. It is being sold as-is due to its age, so no returns.
