The internal side tone does not work because I broke a lead to a neon bulb when replacing a potentiometer.
Otherwise, it keys a transmitter just fine. Replace the neon bulb because it did oscillate before I broke the lead.

FS: 6K7 to 7V7 adapter for best receive: Socket adapter & new 7V7 tube increases tube transconductance from 1600 to 5200 for signal improvement and especially so on higher frequency bands. It makes a huge difference with a weak SW station using 6J7 having lots of noise now sound like it is a few miles away with 7V7. Tested on a radio.
