Free Transmitters and Receiver: Free: Heathkit Mohawk receiver in great cosmetic condition. Was my Uncle's personal receiver, who worked as an engineer. Works well, but sometimes loses all audio after being muted by a connected transmitter. Both the Globe transmitters are in good condition. The Deluxe puts out about 40 watts on AM and CW and has a decent signal on both, but with some hum. The Globe Chief has some modifications, puts out about 65 watts on 80 and 40 meters. Also has hum. The small transmitter on top of the Mohawk is a homebrew variant "Pine Board" model from Electric Radio. Has a decent signal on AM, though the signal is reported to be wide. All Free, but you pay shipping. Or I can meet within 100 miles of Blairsville, GA. I would prefer someone taking all four pieces. I do not take PayPal. Personal check or M.O. will be fine. Nice Hammarlund HQ-129X Receiver/Speaker: Excellent physical and working condition HF Communications Receiver covering 0.54 to 31 MHz across six bands, including the standard AM broadcast band and shortwave. All tubes and capacitors were checked and replaced if needed. Very good receiver, and working meters/controls/lights. eHam rating of 4.5.
Amateur Bandspread: Calibrated for the 80, 40, 20, and 10-meter ham bands.
Crystal Filter: Features a patented crystal filter with five degrees of selectivity for reducing interference, highly regarded for both CW and AM reception.

FOR SALE: Hammarlund HQ-180AC Receiver: I am selling my Hammarlund HQ-180AC communications receiver. It is in very good cosmetic and electrical condition. I hesitate to say "mint" or "like new" because it's over 60 years old. This is not an estate radio that has been sitting in storage. I have had it for 5 years and it has been in regular use. During that time I have replaced the 6BA6 tubes with NOS. The “can” capacitor has been replaced with a Hayseed Hamfest replacement.

It covers 540 kHz to 31 MHz in 6 bands and has calibrated Band Spread for 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters. The Product Detector allows reception of CW and SSB while still having the AGC and S Meter functioning. A 60 kHz IF provides switched selectivity appropriate for AM, SSB, and CW. It has Hammarlund's great sounding tube audio...I am listening to it as I type this.
