Very good condition, small scratch on top of case, front panel in excellent shape. Only thing is the internal AC power supply is dead (a common issue with these). It runs fine on external +12 VDC. You could mount a $20 Chinese 12 V AC/DC switcher on the back and be back in business for running on AC mains. Price $400...these are selling on EBAY for over twice that amount!
