- I have a red version of the ICOM ID-51A PLUS2 VHF/UHF(2m/70cm) HT FM Analog/Digital (D-STAR) for $250
including CONUS shipping without insurance.
Radio works very well. The price is low because we lost the plastic around the PTT(Push-to-Talk) button and we don't have the charger.
You will receive only what you see in the photo: ICOM ID-51A+2, battery, antenna, CD, paper manual, Icom box, and alredy in the radio a Micro-SD card.
I can send you more photos. Because the fees, I prefer payment with Zelle. A low cost HT to start with DSTAR.
