HYGAIN HAM-IV CD45 ROTOR CONTROL: This control is in very good physical condition and does control the rotor as it should The meter however, has no damping meaning when the control is first turned on it takes a while for the needle on the meter to stop oscillating. It needs the clamp plate kit which includes two u-bolts and the plate.(not provide) to complete the clamp assembly. The two U-Bolt holes at the top of the unit, shown, are slightly larger than the stock U-Bolt holes by approximately 1/8 inch. This should not affect the strength of the assembly. $29 shipped.
