It needs the clamp plate kit which includes two u-bolts and the plate.(not provide) to complete the clamp assembly. The two U-Bolt holes at the top of the unit, shown, are slightly larger than the stock U-Bolt holes by approximately 1/8 inch. This should not affect the strength of the assembly. $35 shipped.
