EICO CAPACITOR TESTER 950B: EICO RESISTANCE -CAPACITANCE- COMPARATOR -BRIDGE 950B #16053 PRICE LOWERED $55 OBO SHIPPED This vintage working EICO 950B capacitor checker is in good cosmetic condition. I replaced the 2 power supply filter capacitors and 4 paper capacitors with modern ones, added a 3 wire A/C power cord, and cleaned all switches and potentiometers. I successfully measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. The 1629 eye tube is bright. This tester can be used to check a capacitor both for value and leakage and also great for reforming older electrolytic capacitors. This tester originally sold assembled for $45 in 1960 which would be $492 in todays dollars. A set of test leads and instruction manual are included. KNIGHT RESISTOR-CAPACITOR TESTER KG-670: KNIGHT R/C TESTER KG-670 PRICE LOWERED $45 SHIPPED This vintage working KNIGHT RESISTOR-CAPACITOR-TESTER #83Y901 is in fair cosmetic condition. This Knight capacitor tester is nearly the same as the HEATHKIT C-3 and EICO 950B capacitor testers. It would make a good cheap capacitor tester. I Purchased this item at a local sale and all the paper and electrolytic capacitors had been replaced. I cleaned the switches and potentiometers and added a new A/C power cable. I also measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. The value readings were fairly accurate, however these older testers are not as accurate as the newer digital ones. These are great for measuring leakage and to reform older electrolytic capacitors. The actual leakage voltages are slightly higher than the value on the switch . It is being sold AS IS and a set of test leads is included. I have available for sale a BIRD 2500 watt dummy load, model 8890-300. This is rated at 2500 watts CONTINUOUS DUTY - - no time limit at 2500 watts. It currently has an N female connector on the load, but I can change that to a UHF(SO-239) or an HN or even an LC if you prefer. The load's SWR is under 1.1 at 1 GHz, and under 1.3 at 2.4 GHZ. It has the Shipping plug installed. The Breather plug is included, and attached to the Shipping plug with a short chain.

My asking price is $1200 plus shipping, or I can deliver it to you at any local hamfest. This is very heavy, almost 60 pounds, so shipping will be expensive. I travel to many hamfests in the mid-Atlantic area, so delivery is possible to save the shipping cost.
