Has Factory new front panel assembly with integral meter movement; balances perfectly in Horizontal and Vertical positions; so movement was never abused!!.
All ranges tested and working very well. Shown measuring a 10 Ohm resistor on the RX1 scale. This has AC/DC voltages from 2.5 volts to 5kV and Resistance with Current ranges. Comes with copy of the manual and test leads rated for 5kV. Runs on standard AA and one D cells.
This is the Classic laboratory grade instrument made in the USA and used all over the world for years.
