The Freq output is from 10Khz to 50 Mhz with Amplitude modulation selectable from 400 and 1000 Hz. The package includes: new manual copy, full case enclosure, most attachments mounted in the case cover (see photos). The mechanical engineering in this is impressive. The Power supply is mounted in the case and the unit uses 115 VAC – cord included. Dimensions: 11 ¼h x 14w x 10¾“d; weight 37lbs. Price: $155 shipped. F/S BIRD 150 WATT DUMMY LOAD: I have available a BIRD Dummy Load, model 8166. This is the same as the 8165 except there are a few tapped holes on the bottom for mounting the load to a chassis. It is rated to handle 150 watts, and it is specified to work from DC to 2.5 GHz. Physically, there are a number of spots where the black finish is rubbed off or scratched off, but that does not affect the load. Currently there is a BNC female connector on the load, but If you would prefer a different connector (UHF female or N female) let me know and I can change it for you.

HOMEBREW A/C POWER SUPPLY: This home made A/C power supply PRICE LOWERED ($50 OBO PLUS SHIPPING) is in good functional and cosmetic condition. I purchased this item at a local sale. It has a variable autotransformer VARIAC at 120 Volt A/C input 0 to 134 Volts 2.5 Amps output. I added the output fuse holder, voltmeter, and input power indicator lamp. The indicator lamp illuminates when the unit is connected to 115 volt A/C power source and the power switch is in the ON position. The A/C output is fused at 2.5 amps. This is a great tester for use in testing and repairing vintage electronic devices, as it can be used to bring the voltage up slowly while monitoring the current and reform older electrolytic filter capacitors.
