This has AC/DC voltages from 2.5 volts to 5kV and Resistance with current ranges. Comes with copy of the manual and test leads rated for 5kV. Runs on standard AA and one D cell.

Price drop: FS Philips variable DC PS: Philips SBC 519, 2-30VDC at 3A. Tests fine, excellent condition other than apparently missing a bail. Each side has a bolt hole located where a bail would be attached. Many more photos are available if you send your email address.
Various voltage settings shown below plus one setting of PS under load, supplying slightly under 900mA to a power resistor set at about 22 ohms. Coarse voltage selector switch is a little stiff but can be turned. It hasn't been lubed or otherwise treated.
I found a schematic, which I will scan and send to the purchaser, but not a manual.

MFJ-812B VHF meter: I bought this new many years ago.
Looks good; one light scratch on the right side of the meter face and one on the left side of the case.
Selling because I bought a different meter and don't need this one now.
Seems to work well but selling as-is due to age.
