PACO RESISTANCE-CAPACITY RATIO BRIDGE: PRICE LOWERED PACO RESISTANCE-CAPACITY RATIO BRIDGE MODEL C-20 #3840 $60 SHIPPED This vintage working PACO capacitor tester is in good physical condition. This tester is equivalent to the HEATHKIT C-3 tester. I replaced the 2 power supply filter capacitors, 6 paper capacitors, the 1629 eye tube and added 3 wire A/C power cable. I satisfactorily measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. However, the actual leakage test voltage is higher than what is indicated on the voltage knob (250 is 300 volts). Not all functions were tested. The operational portions of the manual is included. Due to the age of this item, it is being sold AS IS!!
