 RADIOVHF - FOR SALE: Yaesu VX-1 VHF/UHF HT 
- I am selling my Yaesu VX-1 "ultra compact" dual-band HT. I got it used a few years ago from an estate and bought a new battery for it. Although I have not used the radio in over a year, the battery charged nicely and is holding the charge. The indicia on most of the buttons are at least partially worn, but readable. The radio powers up, receives and transmits. I am able to hit the local 440MHz repeater full quieting at the radio's 500mW output. The radio can be powered by the charger for use, and will put out 1W.
This unit covers a wide range of freqs, incl 2M, 440MHz, the AM broadcast band, the FM broadcast band, AM aircraft freqs, VHF TV and UHF TV. The on-off button can be balky, but it works.
Included are the NC-66B charger AND the E-DC-15 mobile DC adapter/charger (plugs into the car's cigarette lighter). A copy of the User Guide is included.
I have seen these sold for quite a bit more than the $75 I am asking. Buyer pays shipping. I accept PayPal friends and family.

Kenwood MC-44 DTMF, Touch Tone Mic For Sale:

The Kenwood MC-44 is a Hand Microphone with 16
digit DTMF Touch Tone Pad, and a round 8 pin
plug for Kenwood, Alinco, etc.

This hand mic works great on most Kenwood rigs
with the round 8 pin connector, such as the
TS-440, TM-241, TM-2530, TW-4000, and others,
including Alinco and ADI. It says "Electret
Condenser Mic" on the back, and "Kenwood" on
the front.

Basically, this mic functions like an MC-43,
with a couple more features. It has the mic
and PTT switch; it also has up/down switches
on the top. There are four "extra" buttons
labeled Call, VFO, MR, and PF on the front.
What these four buttons do depends on the rig.
There is also a "Lock" switch on the back.

Regardless if you use the four extra buttons
or not, you still have a mic that works like
an MC-43.
