There is normal wear and tear for a tuner of this vintage, but overall it is a nice build like tank it heavy made in the good U.S.A by American Workes. There are a few small scratches pain chip on the cabinet. There is no damaged internally that I can see. Some very late model TR-4's also used this plug in type instead of the original open frame type relays, but the Plug-in was located on top of the chassis in the Final Amp cage.
