The transformer has 175-80-185 VDC and 8VAC with a dropping resistor to about 6 VAC. The filaments did not light and there was no high voltage on the 6146. I did power it up, and it was no smoke and the relay clicked. So, I guess it fits the eBay characterization of, "powers up." No 220-volt cord.
