The receiver works, as I could hear several stations and the display is good. I measured the transmitter output power into a resistive 50 ohm load at 50 watts on high and 3 watts on low from 4.000 to 7.990 MHz. It does have a TU-79 tone board . I replaced the memory battery and the memory function works. A Kenwood microphone, a short power cable, and a manual are included.
