Need help with THP -1.5 KFX not keying: My THP AMP stopped keying with my IC7800. The amp tracks band changes, fan working, no fault LED’s on, cables connected not loose. Could the issue be an internal fuse, bad transistor on relay/PA board. Problem started suddenly.
Does anyone know a ham who works on these THP amps? I live near Philadelphia.
Any advice would bee greatly appreciated. Thanks

Alpha 76A 2-tube $800: Alpha 76A 2x8874 amp available at Orlando Hamcation.
Cosmetically very clean. Has the low-drive mod. Should be good for 1kw or slightly less. Wired for 220v. Note - input connector is RCA connector rather than a more conventional SO239. This was common to ETO/Alpha amps of this vintage and can be changed, or you can use an adapter. Serial #6742.
