For Sale:Hallicrafters SX-110+R48 spkr: For Sale: Restored Hallicrafters SX-110 and restored R-48 speaker. These were restored by a ham in Georgia and I purchased them in their restored, working condition about 15 or 16 years ago. They have seen very little use by me and have been on the shelf except for a few Nostalgic team ups with my T-60 to recreate my Novice station. I am downsizing now so I am placing them on sale now for $100.00 for both. Sale includes SX-110, R-48 speaker and original green covered owners manual plus a copy of the manual and color photos of the underside of the radio before and after restoration. I tested it today (May 4th.) and I heard signals on all ands. This radio, speaker, manuals and restoration photos are available for pickup in Highland Park, Illinois. I would rather not ship it at this time . If someone really wants me to ship it I could drop it off at a pack and ship place near me which you will have to arrange. I would like to find ….: I am looking for a Kenwood R-5000 in excellent or better than condition. Any accessory filters with the receiver would be a plus as well as the AC power cord and manual. The receiver should be free of the “dots” that plague the display of some of the receivers as they age. I will need a photo of the radio mainly to confirm the condition of the radio. National NCX-5 MK 2/ Nice rig: National NCX-5 MK II $350 W matching power supply in kinda sorta working
The radio receives, and the radio transmits , The transmitter puts out over 100w on 80m down to maybe 60 or so on 10m. It is in need of an alignment as the receiver is sensitive on the CW portion of the bands and the phone portion. In the CW portions, it's actually a pretty hot receiver. RF gain control is scratchy but works
. The part I could not get dialed in was the rx/xmt alignment. xmt frequency was always off by maybe 300 hz from receive. This is a known issue with these radios and can most likely be overcome by someone with the proper knowledge.
The power supply works as it should.

RMCA AR-8503 Lo Frequency Regen: AR-8503 by Radiomarine Corp of America, the marine division RCA. Tunes from 15Kc to 600 Kc. Apparently when these receivers were released after WW2, the procedure was to deface the nameplate. Other photos are available. Clean inside. Mounted on original shocks. The receiver is fully functioning. $250 plus shipping.

Hammarlund HQ-110 for Sale: Hammarlund HQ-110 for Sale. And Original Optional Speaker.
Radio Works. Clock also works and keeps good time. I am sure radio needs an alignment. The Manual (copy) has a pretty good procedure for it.
I have had the radio for almost 20 years. Bought it from the original owner. Visually in good condition.
The "cal set" knob is missing. Its a very small knob. Between the two frequency displays. Everything else is there. More Pictures available.
I am thinning the herd, before that final retirement.
Make me a reasonable offer.
