Drake TR7 W/ Power Supply/Mic/Speaker+: For Sale Drake TR7 W/ Power Supply. Original Microphone, Original External Speaker. Original Operators and Service Manual. In Original Drake Binder.
Radio works and transmit on all bands with up to 140 Watts. New meter LED. Very Clean inside. Cosmetically good. I am the second owner. Have had it for 20 years. Had it "tuned up" about 4 years ago by a Drake Expert.
Great audio reports.
Only one known intermittent problem. The display will give the indication of a DIGITAL READOUT issue of dirty pins. A very common problem with this radio. But, can be alleviated by turning the band knob back and forth. I have done the board pin cleaning several times over the years. No fun. Did not fix the problem this time. Now at my age with deteriorating dexterity. I have done my last tear down.
Anyway, anyone who wants a Drake TR7 knows what they are. More pictures available.

RME-45 Communications Receiver: Radio Mfg Engineers RME-45 Communications Receiver. Circa 1946.
This receiver is built like a tank. 550 kHz to 33 MHz. The tuning knob works. The frequency display turns. The tuning variable capacitor TURNS. I was amazed when i bought it years ago at a Ham sale.
It is complete with Tubes. The meter case has a crack. It was disconnected by previous owner. More pictures available. Pictures are a good representation of the condition. It is heavy obviously
Anyway it has sat too long. With way to many projects in front of it.

Vintage Drake Station: I have a collection of Drake gear that I intended to put together as a vintage station but never seem to have the time. I have not tested it all but purchased with the promise that it worked as it should. (I know) T-4XC Transmitter, R-4B Receiver (Works great) MN-2000 Tuner with factory special roller inductor rather than a tapped coil. (It will cover 160 and WARC bands) MS-4 Speaker Cabinet with AC-4 Power Supply. I also have some spare xtals. I probably also have a set of most tubes for the receiver and transmitter. D-104 Mic, too. I cannot ship this gear so local pickup in Central Virginia or meet within reasonable distance. Pics available to serious buyers only, please. WTB GENERAL RADIOTELEPHONE CO. SB-72: Hi all,
For my vintage cb equipment collection I'm trying to find a cosmetically nice 23 ch. AM/SSB Tube type SB-72. In a weak moment I traded the one I had 20 years ago, and now want one again.
Doesn't need to work, but would like it complete (tubeless ok!), and at least fair cosmetically. Other GRT equipment may interest me too,or "high end" anything early cb.
Also, if anyone has a Tram D64 mobile unit hanging around.
Will pay cash or consider trades.
